Honesty is the core of Hailiang culture. We are the first to facilitate the performance of Dishonesty Penalty System among private enterprises in Zhejiang, actively build an honesty system, and sign honesty agreement with employees as well as develop codes of honesty and keep credit records of employees. Moreover, Hailiang sets up a Violation Exposure Platform and suggests establishing an honesty biological cycle, facilitating the construction of an honest environment among enterprises.
